Carter Taylor in the Community

Carter Taylor have completed work on an allotment for Woodborough Village Pre-School with Gareth Baugh of Jacksons Civil Engineering. The work was to create some raised gardening beds and fences for the school children to learn more about gardening.

Together, the school children, staff, Gareth and Carter Taylor owner Matthew Davis unveiled a sign to open the garden area and show it off as a new revamped space. The area is now safe for children’s activities, including learning how to grow vegetables and fruit, and about nature and the environment.

“We are super grateful for this area and the work done by Jackson Civil Engineering and Carter Taylor Civils Ltd for donating their time, money and man-power to create this wonderful space, one of our children’s dad works for Jackson Civil Engineering and that is how they found out about the allotment and they were keen to get involved and help with the project."

“We know the allotment will be enjoyed by our preschool children for years to come!” said Jade Topliss who is the Preschool Manager at Woodborough Village.
